patched my tire for FREE yesterday.
They were even going to put it on my car, and I said "not needed....Patching it is nice enough for me!"
I was a happy camper.

Did you buy your tire there in the first place, or they just felt like patching for free?

flat repairs are free from us no matter where the tire came from.

YEP! he told me that on the phone and I was dead silent.....I was like..."I didn't purchase the tire from you guys" he was like "it doesn't matter"
You bet I will be calling them for the next tire purchase.
That is how you do buisiness and they know it. :tu:
My fiancees family all gets their tires from them.
I gave the guy who did it a 5er.

I've bought 4 or 5 sets of tires there also ,and have had free replacements,
no questions asked, they are the best.I go to the one by taco bell.there is no local dealer here in south GA that can match them.

I've bought SEVERAL sets of performance tires from DiscountTireDirect.com Paid over the net & shipped to the store of my choice. I've always had access to mount, Balance and repair myself.... but they were the best price I could find for YEARS!!

That is where all my previous tires have come from.
Can't beat the prices for sure.
I used to be able to mount and balance all my tires for free at a shop I used to work for in Chattanooga before I went to college.......not any more though.... :-| :???:

last time i went there, i brought in my mom's tire off her mercedes. i asked to have it patched from the inside. when i returned to pick it up, it was plugged and not balanced. yeah it was free, but i would have rather paid to have it done the way i requested, and done right at that.
good job discount tire by taco bell

The things that we use to fix tires is a combo of a patch and a plug, i guess it makes sure that it wont leak..as far as the balancing you got me there..

and sometimes you gotta do the work yourself if you want it done right. discount has done me good things in the past. this was one incident that i didn't get what i asked for. i said nothing about not wanting to get charged and i specifically told him what i wanted. services rendered...? kind of. the tire didn't leak atleast.

Excellent service again today on my wife's Rainier. Fast rotate and balance and replaced a tire for a GREAT price due to a friggin nail in it near the sidewall. You just can't get service like that from other places, imo...
Gotta' get new tires for my "other car" but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. But they are the only place I will go...
