this is more of a rant then anything else really... just wasnt sure where else to put it. um, i know one guy that works there is on this board so this isnt meant to be mean or to reduce your buisness... this is just me getting it off my chest.

onward and upward...
so the other week i take my truck up to TK Performance to get an alignment, they do it and they did it great. the guy that did it... dave, really did what he was supposed and i was really happy with it... until today. a few days ago i notice that my front end started to squeak... i figured that since my truck no longer has any fender wells that the dirt and everything just got to the bushings and dried them out... no big deal. well im under the hood today checking everythin up and i notice something is misplaced... or rather... not where it should be. the upper control arm bolt was not holdin my control arm in... it had rattled loose and come out of the control arm. holy shit... thank god i see this now and not later. so i immediately call TK Performance on north monroe and talk to the manager there... im not gonna risk it and drive all the way up there, so they suggest i go to the tire kingdom on ocala... i head up there and tell them whats going on... so they start to work on it... now im paranoid about people and my truck, esp with the bags now, they put it lift and i ask the guy at the desk to make sure that when they get it down they make sure that the bag cup sits proplerly in the spring pocket. anyway... 4 hours later my truck had been moved to the alignment rack and they finally got the damn bolt in... but cant align it because the rims are too big.. and they took off the center cap and didnt put it back in...


this is just too much for me to handle in one day.

I had that same long bolt come loose in my extend cab about a year ago ate a brand new tire uo to tally and back 60 miles , had to replace my bolt it was wore in the center

Not to sound like an ass or anything, but, I remember you taking off the center cap and setting it on the rack, but, it was my guys that did not put it back in. Do not worry, though. Any problems at the store will be resolved by me within the coming months.

i took the center cap off, only because it wasnt on all the way. ive never understood why tire places in general take that thing out, its a pay in the @$$ to put back in. but all has been taken care of, no questions asked. customer service always is a necessity and tire kingdom has been good.
