Well, what I thought was my clutch squeaking isn't. The squeak is coming from the rear suspension somewhere, it starts at about 15mph and gets louder and faster as i speed up -- it also gets very loud upon braking. Also, when I was at the track, after I made my passes and braked my car would stall, sometimes more then once before I tunred off. Any ideas??? TIA.

i think we are going to need a little better explaination to figure out what it is. But it must be something driveline related since it increases with speed.

If you have some free time I'll take you for a spin.

This doesnt have anything to do with your call stalling unless its some kind of safety feature but my back pads are running thin and the little pad "gauge" rubs the rotor and squeeks to tell me that I need to change the pads. Gets pretty loud and annoying. I dunno when the last time you changed the brakes but with the trips to the track and the video, mine are toast. Take it to AutoZone and have your codes run to see if anything looks fishy.

Brake pads are still the stockers. Hopefully that's all it is!

What Bo said. If that does not do it, then I will need to hear it to form an opinion.

I don't think the stalling would be related to the noise. How much gas did you have in the tank, and has it done it to you since then?

mine made the same noise when my rear rotors were warped and the pads were worn out so thats probly what it is

The stalling happened first at Gainesville, then at Silver Dollar  Only happens at the track.

So high RPM then ya let off at the end of the track and the car stalls... Something in the fuel system not able to keep up? Maybe?

Just a theory on the stalling..... If you are running a 1/4 a tank of gas or less, then maybe the weight transfer of you letting off the gas and the cars nose diving is uncovering the pick-up in the tank causing the fuel pump to lose pressure. The IAC might be slow to respond after you get off the gas, not uncommon.

Pretty sound theory, it would make sense especially due to my car looking like this: / when braking. 8)

Thanks for the help guys.
