Thanks guys. I'm glad ya'll like the food. My place is kinda like a Japanese version of California Chicken Grill, except we have grilled beef/steak and Asian appetizers and sauces. I'm seriously thinking of making a jerk type sauce, what do you guys think?

Tom, it's great! I'm eating the steak and chicken teriyaki right now. In all honesty this is much better than Osaka's and 1ne stir fry. There is no comparison. I used to eat at those places all the time but I'm glad I found your place. The appetizer was awesome too. Thanks man, I'll try to get the word out to my friends.

Tom--i've been eating there for lunch a few times these past weeks and its been great service as always, but your daytime cook is too quick to get the food out and the quality is suffering. its not been like that when you cook--i'm actually referring to the beef and how it ususally comes out cooked nice and medium when you cook it. it'll always been well done when your cook does it up--its still really good, but doesn't have the pizzaz like when you cook it. fire him and let me cook for you :mrgreen:

Tony, yea that's my mom and one of my cooks that actually cooks during the day time. She's a little paranoid about cooking the beef, so it's usually well done. If you'd like it medium, you gotta let her know. But she knows who you are so I'll let her know how you like your beef cooked.

I like it medium and I think that's the best way to eat it so that's how I cook it. Believe it or not, I had some girl yell at my cashier cuz there was "pink" in her beef! Haha, I figure if you eat freekin beef you better be prepared for it to be at least slightly pink!
