theres a mexican guy here that runs a bar, and he has a vehicle called a "smart". It's got mexican plates because you cant register it here for some stupid reason. The thing looks like a futuristic enclosed golf cart.

has anyone seen that little lime green (i think it is) 3-wheeled vehicle here in town? i can't even describe what it looks like, almost like an enclosed bicycle with two wheels up front and one in the back. it's so damn small.
it can be seen right across from What-A-Burger on t-ville Rd. at the Blueprint Shop.
