whats up all
my names ryan...saw this on 97mattgts sig over on one of the modular forums...thought id check it out. you might be wondering why somebody in virginia beach would sign on here...well, im stationed here. im orginally from blountstown...(get on hwy 20 go west about an hour).
ive got a 2001 Mustang GT with the following:
DSS forged short block (cobra crank, manley rods, probe17cc dished pistons, ARP hardware)
SHM cams
Vortech S-trim
Morpheus Power Pipe
LMAF
#42 lb injectors
03 Cobra fuel pump, 3.73 gears and the usual other stuff (shifter, etc). Havent had the opportunity to have the car dynoed or taken to the track, because my original tune for 8# of boost was fine, but after the PP (boost went from 8 to 12 #!)it started knocking in the upper rpms, so we dont know exactly if its too much timing, not enough fuel or both.
