well its def cheaper than say a pro 5.0 or tri ax...but i was looking at one @ FFW Richmond. it seemed pretty nice. but theres an old saying "you get what you pay for", although i think UPR has some quality stuff. when i get my TKO ill be lookin at the UPR shifter.

Tony uses the UPR shifter. 'Nuff said!

FWIW, my Pro5.0 is a NOTCHY BITCH with my tranny. I just bought a UPR shifter to compare, we'll see if it's any good.

i think all shifters are pretty much made the same way, so unless you feel the need to buy a namebrand, the UPR should be just fine. hell anything aftermarket is 200% better than stock!

my vote is for the TriAx though.

I've run the B&M Pro, the Pro 5.0 and the TriAx. All were good, but the TriAx is my choice because of the self-centering spring feature. Find a used one for $125 and never miss third again.

Except the Tri-Ax.
I've used both, the Steeda ia heaps better and way more comfortable. I have almost put it into second from third at the track that one time, but i've never missed going into third with the Tri-Ax.

i've had the MAC and the B&M ripper, i liked the MAC better, but never tried a steeda or pro 5.0.
