Well........... Ive had to move into another room in the house, and I havent put the internet in there yet. So Im using a computer in the office, but its sitting on floor. Its kind of a pain. Plus I cant go anywhere since I dont have a car, so I cant go to the meetups. Things should be back to normal in a few weeks. Hopefully we can keep our attendance numbers up and recruit more people come fall. Though I dont think anyone will be able to fill adrian's shoes :cry:

I just got an email from the Mustang FX guy as Im sure everyone else did too that said that the meeting at Hooters on Monday was rescheduled for the next Monday(the 11th) due to remodeling. I say we just meet up somewhere else and do the same thing we would do at Hooters. Any ideas where we could meet up and just chill for a couple of hours?

Yeah sure they're remodeling, mostly because they lost a lawsuit and have a 10 day suspension of their liquor license. Apparently an underage employee got drunk after work and then managed to kill himself in a car. At any rate they can't serve beer beginning today for a week or ten days.

Yeah, you may want to contact the new manager about the once a month meet as I'm almost certain there will be a new one as the kid was apparently drinking with the manager that night. Didn't even make it like five blocks from Hooters.

So are we gonna just hold off or meet up? If so, we kinda need to make up our minds. I will be outta town on Tuesday and havent been able to make it out alot lately so I was looking forward to hanging out with alot of the guys(and gals) of the club tomorrow. I think we should go up to AJ's or somewhere and just do our thing.

AJ's or CJ's would both fit the bill. I'm down for a big beer. Rescheduling the Hooters meet is just another opportunity for us to get together next week too.

I like AJ's since it's close to most folks in town (except, unfortunately, Andy and Tony) and CJ's would be great because they have an outdoor patio similar to our setup at Hooters so we can gawk at the cars. CJ's might also be a preference since it affords the opportunity for everyone to enjoy the great outdoors (read:smokers can light up as desired).

Let's pick one and everyone meet there at 6 PM.
