After doing some more research, its actually not the motor that was in the car, that is another motor he has planned. His car was supercharged. My bad. Its a badass setup though:-o

There was two there. One was blown the other was a twin-turbo. The Twin Turbo was cutting 10's I believe until the track made him slow down because he didn't have the right safety equip for a car that fast.

There were two turbines on it. It was TT. Had a custom hood with two indents for the turbos, fiberglass housings for the filters, painted to match the car. I saw it, I had to wipe the drool off his left fender.

No, the guy with the blue supercharged Z06 is going to put that TT setup in a yellow 04 Z06 that he plans to buy. The TT Z06 at the track is a different guy. Thats a package that R.P.Motorsports has but its $20,000 for the 427cu. in. monster and then another $17,000 for the turbos and coolers and all. Thats a $37,000 setup!!!:-oThat thing better giver you orgasms while you drive it for what it costs.:lol:

Considering that it was built by RP motorsports it will probably blow up soon, and optic (the guy with the supercharged one) is on his 3rd motor, the previous ones blew up:lol:

i was wondering also....2 turbos with a decent amount of boost on a bored/stroked 427ci motor thats capable of high 11's w/stock displacement(with good conditions/driver) only running 10's???? was he seriously de tuned or something? or am i confused as to which car we're talkin about?

He had seroius traction issues, 850 rwhp on street tires, he ran the 10 sec on like a 2.7 60'
