black GT spotted...?

it was a 96-98 GT (prolly 96), black, cobra R hood, looked like the steeda race wing, but i might be off (saw it from the front) he had a 5" tach in the front on his dash and some racing wheels. couldn't tell but looked like fatties on the back and a lil smaller up front. has anyone seen this car or know who it belongs to/what he's got?

just curious, looked like it could have been fast.
