Went in and ordered something from them on Tues.. told it would have to come from there Tampa location and would be in today..
Drove to the south side of town just to find out.. uh... it never came in from the Tampa location like it was suppose too. That was his answer... I had to ask him to call Tampa and find out what had happened and what was going on.. Great customer service I tell ya.. Pif..
I guess the guy in Tampa broke it while trying to remove it from the car... They had 2 on hand here locally... one that was broken and a 2nd one that there meathead broke trying to remove as well.. GRRR
I had to sit around that place for an hour today just to walk off with nothing.. UGH.
How hard it is to call someone when something they order doesnt come in or you dont have? GRRRR...
Also, am I the only person that finds that place horrible? You walk in.. No one greets you.. You stand around while they blab on the phone... The place is so loud from the echo in there.. and then there is that one guy that you have to repeat everything to atleast 2 times because he cant hear a damn thing because he has the damn radio up to loud right next to him...
They only person I like to deal with there is Robert. He is the nice one that usually plays cashier.. Ugh.. Im never going there again if I dont have too.. I would rather buy new or pull it myself then go to that place... GRRR
