Yes i did... i'm interested in in making more friends than not. and a race in good fun is ok with me.

I'm not sure about the car's coding to answer you question. I just got it about a month ago and havn't had any real fun with it yet. say for slaying a blue 99 body mustang v6 with a pink horse decal on the door. no respect in this town you know? anyway, I've got headers coming on the way, any brands anyone would recomend??

I want to do this car right, and make sure that i can increase the power while holding the cars value as high as possable.

It's artic white, with black "firehawk" on the door where "trans-am" would be.

getting ready to make the transition to real ram air.

what kind of budget do you have? kooks are expensive. a few of us run anything from Kooks to Pacesetters to MAC's to Grot's around here.

sounds like you took some offense to what i had to say by your response. but don't mind me--ask anyone--i'm a total peice of shit :mrgreen:

M6=manual 6 speed
A4=auto 4 speed.

i'm running pacesetter headers which are the best bang for the buck $400 shipped for a coated header(coated on outside only). gaines off long tube headers are about the same no matter which brand you go with, so i'd say go with what you can afford. if $$ wasn't an issue, i'd be looking at QTP or Kooks headers. you'll need a decent y pipe too if you dont' plan on doing true duals--i got one fabbed up locally that works good but is ghetto fabulous to look at.

take it easy man lemme know if you want another friendly race.

As previously mentioned. Kooks or QTP. That is, if you don't mind spending the $$.

I didn't mind and I bought Kooks LT 1-7/8''.

It's an automatic...I know, i know...

But when it's the only one I've ever seen, it's hard to pass up... know what i mean?

I'd like to go to the track next time you all go, just to see how my car places.

Auto's are fast, just not as fun. Get a good stall in that thing! One of the fastest LS1's on this board is an auto.

what would any self-respecting V8 owner do when told it doesn't sound like a V8?

Commence to smokin' his V6 ass.

Pretty sure i've seen it around too.

And as it has been said before, autos can DEFINITELY be fast! Now, start modding! LS1Tech.com is your friend.

Shit, I forgot my car went into the great hands of the mechanics here at university chevrolet...

for the third time, and the awesome thing is that I don't know when I'm getting it back. And if the Tech gets it right this time, i might have it back by next month!

But I might come out anyway...Rockin the 99 chevy blazer.
