315s in the rear of my cobra

i'm running 275s right now and there's little room between quadrashock and the tire, my rim is a 10.5 but what is needed to remove those shocks and put bigger tires back there.

i have a set of boxed lakewood upper control arms and lakewood traction action bars for the lower ones. so with those two upgrades i should just be able to remove the quad shocks ??
