i had a friend of mine in NYC when that all went down. he said it wasn't too crazy, it just sucked when he had to walk 38 blocks back to his appartment from work.

From what I understand a very large portion of eastern Canada was down too, so unless this is at a latter hour of the outage, it's PS.

well, it has to be. if you look at the areas in canada that do'nt have power anyways, its a deep blue color. not black. the northeast shoud be dark blue too, not black.

it'd be pretty damn easy to photoshop. you could do it with "paint" if you wanted to!
