Figured the HD is fried, is there anyway to make it work or retrieve everything that was on the HD???

To resolve this issue, you need to either obtain a new copy of the file or reinstall Windows. If reinstallation fails to solve the problem, a hardware or network problem may exist.

You may be able to run the repair option on your instalation CD. If you can do that it should replace all the original system files.

Chris, is this an XP OS? If so, you can boot up to recovery console and do a scandisk. It may repair whatever is corrupt with that dll. From the recovery console, you can also copy that file over again from the CD.
