As I think everyone knows, it took Sunrise Ford in Ft. Pierce 51 days to fix my car and get it back to me. Bo dropped my car off at All American on Magnolia Friday night. James started tearing my car apart on Monday. The new engine spun the #6 rod bearing and #5 was on its way out. I received a call from my Service Advisor, Charles, today at about 4:00. My car is done. They had my car completely torn down and a new engine ordered and installed in less than 4 days. When it was at Sunrise, I would talk to the SA, Jay, about twice a day. At All American, I talked to Charles twice. They just fixed it and I never had to bug them. The best part is that I know it was done right. I had the worst service experience ever followed by the best. Big thanks to Lloyd, Bo, James, and Charles. I owe you guys some beer when I get back.
Cliffs notes: STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM SUNRISE FORD ON HWY 1 IN FORT PIERCE!!!!!

Wow, that makes Sunrise look like complete morons. You've probably already thought about it, but I'd call Sunrise and let them know how much they suck......I think that phone call would make all this kinda worth it.......get real hostile on them...:headbang:

better business bureau? can you file a formal complaint to ford about this individual dealer down there and use AA's service as an exmaple of how it should work?
great news.

I don't know for sure yet. Everyone pretty much agrees that it has to be oil related. I'm going to try and talk to James when I get back in town.

Congrats brett.
About the saying something to the other dealership and complaining and what not. I just dont think its worth your time. You would have to go through just as much of a hassle to really get the complaint out there that by the time it did you woudlnt care anymore. I would say just let it go, your car is fixed now so its time to rip through the gears.
