I finally talked to that lady (Becky is her name) and I also had my mom talk to her....

drum roll....

Well, no luck. She's pretty set on fighting it. She did seem discouraged though, and said that she didn't think she was going to win. So, right now is when we need to get together and push real hard against the "anti-track" peeps, and hopefully be able to breakthrough. Let me know if you guys plan anything, and I'll try to get some court dates from the lady (that would be ironic). Anyways, let me know...

yeah, I would definitely be down to help clean and set stuff up. I think that we should find out when the next court case is and all go and sit in on it, just so the guy knows that he has some support. Also, maybe the judge will realize that as well :???:

Tony knows the owner and could probably tell us all when the next hearing is going to be held. If someone with connections (cough..Jon..cough) to the legal system could check on filed motions I'm sure we could find out the latest.

I don't think Jon can tell us much of anything being only a Law student. They have rules against that.

I can't give "professional" advice or act as an attorney, etc. Big trouble for me.

I don't have any more access to legal documents than anyone else in terms of public / private information, but I do have access to Lexis and Westlaw, which can make finding things a lot easier. I don't really think it will help too much here, though.
