Anyone in here work for DOC? Im going through school right now, and yesterday was "get sprayed" day. That gas they spray you with is the worst feeling I have ever felt in my life!! I wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy. So...if anyone in here ever ends up in prison...:mrgreen: I would advise you to listen to the officer, cus im here to tell ya....THAT SHIT BURNS LIKE HELL!

I've been gassed several times with CS gas which is the same shit but airborne. It sucks major donkey balls, nothing like snot running down to your knees and not being able to breathe.

The stuff we got sprayed with was OC....

Its mandatory(sp) to become a correctional officer.

And by "Gas" I mean, pepper spray...or how ever ya wanna say it. Its main ingredient is Cayenne(sp) pepper.

A woman I worked with down in Tampa used to work in LE in Massachussetts. She said that she had to go through it too, only that when they did it to her they found out that she is one of the few people out there who have no reaction whatsoever to pepper spray. Sprayed her like five times in the face- no reaction other than "blink-blink".

No shit, I remember going through the gas chamber in basic training. I tell you what, nothing clears the sinuses like cs gas. I also went into the chamber when I was stationed in Hawaii, and it wasn't nearly as bad as it was in basic. It mostly made me snot really bad.

Ive heard of inmates getting sprayed(coated) with that stuff (OC) and then looking at the C/O and saying "that the best you got!".....

The papers we got with it, says OC affects 85% of people, and it is more reliable than CS or CN. To bad Im not in that slim 15% Cus I :bowdown: them.
