So...who wants to go and laugh at lil bow wow and the guy that got to replace the lead? My girlfriend has flat out refused to go on the basis of it being "too ghey" :(

I finally saw the preview for this before Xmen this weekend. What a load, I lauged at it :lmfao:

Right before they showed it, they showed SNAKES ON A PLANE! Some guy actually yelled out "I guess they're out of movie ideas," and I had to agree. How in the fuck do you come up with that idea, and then actually call it "Snakes on a Plane"?

from a saturday night live skit back in the 90's when cheri oteri was still around.

i can't seem to find a file of it anywhere though. nothing but crap mocking the new trailer/movie but not the original skit

They deny it now, but it was a working title that they actually changed for release, until some smart marketing folks realized that it was an internet phenomenon and that the best bet was to market the movie for its ridiculousness. See my thread at the other board. :mrgreen:

Samuel L. Jackson made them keep the movie title Snakes on a Plane.

He also made them redo some scenes to include more f-bombs, might actually be in his contract.

And I think its going to be a hilarious movie, and Tokyo drift will be as well.
