Was that 90 including the bar, or 90 plus the bar?

90 including the bar... Chris, remember when you told me and then said to get a better come back? How about this one: Come back when you reach triple digits.

Bryan: your max was 85 and that was shattered so get off me, i'll grant you arm wrestling though :)
Greg: Never said I was the biggest and best. I have made huge gains (for myself) and am pround as hell. I have a buddy thats 6'3", 210 of pure muscle and I was talking to him. He's curling triple digits....BUT the first digits aint 1 hehe
Oh and greg you have an extra what 10 yrs and like 1/2s on drag radials to your name than me? hehe. Lastly, its up to 95lbs after yesterday. Triple digits is another week away, and then after then look out. You laugh now but well we'll see bwhahahaha :)

At the lot Friday night, I thought your comment to me was that you were in fact bigger and badder than me, so I had to back up my claim of still being able to make fun of you. Oh yeah, I sit on my ass all day, it was the first time I've lifted a weight in months. LOL
Whats the 10 years for? I don't get it.

It was reps, I did it more than once. I'm going to have to go ahead and do some more with more weight so I can keep mocking Chris for a while. Maybe I'll actually work out.
Nah.

I can do 90 about 5-6 times and did 95lbs but once or twice, but keep in mind all this was after a grueling back workout, and if you know anything about lifting you know how lifting back also works bis quite a bit.
I'm sure if i was completely fresh I could hit triple digits.
lol Mark, I knew someone was going to say it sooner or later

i never work out my legs, probably should because my ass is inverted, but i don't care! Ok, i'm about to do some curls for the 1st time in 6 months, i'll get back with you on how much i can do. Hopefully i haven't lost too much muscle.
PS. I am not going to be in the dick competition..........fags!

Ok, i havent lost much muscle at all. I'm guessing the bar on a standard size weight bench weighs 10 lbs. All i have is the bench press bar to curl with. As long as the bar is 10 lbs, i curled 85 lbs with 10 reps, 3 times. So that 85 with 3 sets of 10. Not too shabby considering my layoff. I'm sure my max would be in the triple digits with no problem!! Now it's time for tricepts!

Dont you lift stuff on a daily basis for your job? I dont exactly consider that a bad layoff
