Well, my old company, Avaya is hiring for a spot where I used to work down in Tampa. I was informed that I needed to apply for it, but it seems that would require me to leave Tally and head back down to Tampa. The upside is that I would be back on my old payscale, which is pretty heafty, I must say I feel pretty rooted here though. My current job has great benefits, 4 weeks of vacation right from the start etc...

Hrmmmmmmmmmmmm, money or Tally.

Damn dude, Sounds like you have a serious decision to make. You have to do whats best for you both now, and in the long run. Im sure everyone here, including me, is going to tell you to stay here but you have to do whats best for Andy.

stand aside BO... let me have it :) I am a convert... :) it takes more then a mustang to convert us, it took a cute girl and a mustang for me :)

Umm, I think a blown 331 is plenty more than enough to convert ANYONE!!!

Sorry for changing the subject, thats normally Gregs job. So when are you going to have to make up your mind? The best thing for me to tell you is to just sleep on it and weigh ALL of your options. I know you know all of this. Plus side if you move is you can have Adrian biuld you a lil turbo car while your down there:D
