I heard about this the other night on the radio, it's complete garbage. The car companies need to man up and help Americans take back California from the hippie, communist, liberal pieces of shit. If they said fuck you we just won't sell cars in California this year, people would bitch and thousands of jobs will be lost. This will force the people to wake the fuck up and realize what these "progressives" that they voted into office are doing to the state and the country and finally vote them out of office. End Rant.
