Got a letter from the city

Man Im really sick of getting stupid ass letters from the city. Im going to assume it was the neighbor across the street because she is the only one that would do it. Anyways it says that I have to remove the trash from the front yard (no big deal). The problem is that it says that Im not allowed to have a non-working car on my property?!?!? I find that fucked up. Its my fucking house! The car also doesnt have current tags so they got me on that as well. I guess Ill just roll it to the back yard for now.

Just roll it into the driveway with the back of the car toward the house. Anyone who says anything about it not having a current tag would have to have been trespassing on your property to see whether or not it has one. Then if someone mentions it, bring them up on trespassing charges. Watch how fast the whole thing drops.:)

You just need to confront the ladie with a city official or whoever comes out there and talk this over. She is obviously making things up and that is making you look really bad. She has no right to tell you how to live and how you should keep your house Thats none of her business. She needs to get a job or something to kill all of the free time she has on her hands. Just tell her when she starts paying your bill that she can start telling you how she wants things done at your house and if she doesnt like that, she can move!

The car in the front yard is not a big deal, it was free, if he has to, T can just have it towed away. Im talking about how this ladie is telling T how he has to keep his house. If its not one thing, its 10 other things. She is just some bitter old ladie who has nothing better to do than "pick" on T and his roomies and thats not right. I know she has rights and she should be able to enjoy living where she does but its always something with that ladie. Most of the time that people are loud outside, we are all over there.

Also, on a side note, I think that the neighborhood that T lives in is a really nice one. Why doesnt the city spend time trying to fix up Frenchtown or some of the other run down areas of Tally rather than bitching at T for a little trash in the front yard and a car that doesnt have a current title. Seriously, there is so much other shit that these stupid idiots could be spending their time on. Im sorry, i got so frustrated and its not even my house:lol:

My neighborhood is like that and most others are around here. I have two "projects" that don't run too well right now. They are in my backyard. Frontyard = problems. Side of the house is considered backyard in my book.

there is the "zoning board" who patrolls the area (they are volunteers.. they work after their 9-5 job)

I had a greek letter flag hanging up in my window. At 9PM, just before we were about to have a party, they roll up, telling me that I can't have it there. They also see all sorts of fraternity shit in our house, and since its not zoned for a fraternity house, it is technically illegal to display greek letters anywhere in the house, have any fraternity-sanctioned function in the house, or have more than 10 people living here. (we have 20)

technically, it is illegal to piss "sigma Pi" in the snow in the front yard.

get this: they can come in at any time to do a random zoning inspection.. they dont even need a search warrant.

we're also not allowed to have indoor upholstered furniture on the porch, or have our grass too long, or sit on the roof of the porch to watch traffic go by.

stupid borough ordinances.. its almost unconstitutional. we're looking for loopholes in all the books as I speak.

Ya she has been trying to get me on little city ordinance stuff from the beginning. There is nothing I can do about it really. Ill probably push the car to the backyard since I probably wont touch it for a while. If she does continue to make false claims against me like she has in the past then I am seriously considering legal action against.

Some off the top of my head would be lieing to the cops about asking me to move a car. Claiming I cussed her out and said no. She called the police and claimed that I was running a business out of my garage. Claiming that I have more than 3 unrelated people living in my house. I think there are some others, but those are most recent.
