Effective May 1, 2006

The fee for submitting proof of compliance on Defective Equipment citation will increase to $50.50. This increase is in accordance with Florida Statutes and Leon County Administrative Order. This fee increase will affect anyone paying a citation on or after May 1, 2006, regardless of when the citation was received.

Yes, about $5 then went up to about 7.50. Since article 5 (sorry, called it wrong name), each county has to now meet specific minimums or else they lose money.

i never get tickets for any of those. except stupid cops pulling me over telling me that my blue headlights are illegal. they are fucking HIDS! the car came from the factory like that.
