Since it's "not done" I'm assuming that means at some point it will be drivable....with brakes, a drive shaft, and a clean windshield. At that point it doesn't have to be a trailer queen either....

If you click on the link for the vw forum 2.0 got it from the builder says that it will be a street driven car. They had to get it ready to show @ SEMA. Personally I would rather have the money that he is putting into it, but to each their own. Builder says over 3000 man hours in it. 3000 x 85 per hour. Assuming they charge about what we do here. 255,000 in labor. Daymn

Some people just value that kind of a car more. I never understood any of the Alpine monstrosities but take a look at 3/4 of the cars at SEMA, they all have a retarded amount of money into them so they can be one off show cars...that is what SEMA is all about, showing off the latest and craziest in the auto industry.
