View Full Version : Either Summit or UPS doesn't like me..

I ordered some headers on Thursday night ~11pm. Summit ships them from the GA store on Friday the 3rd. They are not being delivered till Tuesday the 7th. And they are being sent to a biz, not a home address. How come everyone else I ask, gets Summit overnight on ground shipments? sigh.

Based on the tracking, Summit didn't even get the headers to UPS till 9pm on the 3rd.

i think i'll just drive up there when i get mine for the olds !
probally ups they put my stuff on the wrong truck , he only delivers in the city limits of monticello , then they put it on a truck that goes to madison and they called me , i said just stop side the road i'll come to you and that's how i got my parts.

thats weird, i usually get my stuff in one day too. I think it UPS that sucks though, not summit.

My numerous orders from Summit Atlanta did not come through J-ville, they all came straight down through Georgia. It was about half and half between whether I got them next day or 2nd day. They were all shipped to a business address too.

Really must have pissed them off Tony. Summit has always got my stuff very fast, even before the GA store opened. I'd routinely get ordered items within the week.

Must be UPS and my work. Ordered new hyd lifters for the 88 yesturday around 3pm and ship'd to my house. Got them via FedEx Home @ 9:12 am this morning.

there's your problem..... they figured that it was going to the government and that it wasn't a rush item as there's never any rush work going on in the gov....:taunt: good thing that the fedex plane landed this time on the runway and didn't crash....like it did that one time....
