In my opinion, dude had it coming. How many should the officer have to ask him before he has to do something.

i wish i could have heard what the guy said. i think it was a little excessive since the guy didn't really move at all, but i don't feel bad for him. he should have listened. now image exactly what would have happened had it been a white cop and a black guy...jesse jackson would be all over it.

It makes absolutely no sense to not do what a Police Officer tells you to do. And that applies to Officers in any city. If he's wrong you argue later - after complying with his order, do anything else and you risk getting a beating and charged with resisting arrest or some other such nonsense. Allow your testosterone to take control and it ends up going bad for you.

Thats one of the biggest things they drill into Ga. police academy students is to know whats in their hands. Thats where most threats will come from.
