Look at this weak ass POS. This is from a V. Mine is clunking around and making all sorts of wierd noises. I refuse however to take my car to PROCTOR. There a bunch of idiot jackasses over there. No offense to anyone who works there, but my experience with them is they DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

What are your options? Does anyone make a strong replacement? If do, fix it once and be done...it sucks always having to worry about the rear in your car.

I know man sucks real bad. Thats not my diffy thats another guy on my forum. But thats what happens. Mines on its way out. I think I have a broken motor mount, my shifter is messed up, clunking diff, and my car feels really "harsh" when I turn it off. I need to be diagnosed....but not at proctor.....any tech feel savy enough to drive my car to see whats up with it....???

There is an option (MAdMAn 9inch rear end) but it costs waaaay to much money. I had a wheel hop kit that was suposed to help brace the cradle but I had to sell it....

I think there a few people here savy enough to diagnose the problems. Only issue is if you are not going to warranty the car how is it going to get fixed?

I am going to drive the distance to a different caddy dealership....to warranty. Its just with these Northstar techs (the Cts-v is the only lx based engine in the whole caddy lineup) I need to know whats wrong before I give it to them Lol.

maybe the tranny mount--doubtful on a motor mount, unless yours is way different then mine

Just turn the radio up louder, thats the free fix....until it actually breaks:D
