Just some info on E85 the hp #'s on the fuel look great more then 1/2 the cost for unleaded 110 gas. Be sure to look at the turbo mustangs dyno #'s 942 Hp @ 20 psi on e85.
You can pock it up @ the Inland Food Store $2.09 a gallon

If you are running a carb car its easy to make your vehicle e85 ready. I recommend you go to a dyno and tune it there. generally you need %25 to %30 more fuel (air fuel around 9.7 is optimal) and more timing.
things you need to change on carb cars....
1. Maybe the fuel tank on older cars
2. Fuel lines

3. Fuel pump and filter (check filter after you run it a while it cleans all the crap out)
The Black pump is the one you want
