Yeah so I was really bored and ended up dynamating the majority of my car today. It has been sitting in the garage for like a month so I figured I would do it. It's really easy to do but its time consuming.

I have not put the subs back in yet so I dont really know about those, but a few of the squeaky noises went away and it makes the speakers "sound" a little louder. It maybe the same as turning up the volume 1-2 numbers and it softens road noise but not much. Overall if somebody gives it to you then take it, otherwise its not worth the price or install time.

Well you won't have to worry about more road noise if you do a rear seat delete. And what color interior do u have? Looks like tan and grey, wtf?

There isn't a single gray interior piece in any of the pictures. You're insane.

Ok its a mix....The whole interior that came in this car to begin with is light tan. NOT the penutbutter tan I'm talking manila folder tan. The dash is the same tan accents and a dark tan base (came stock) The only thing I changed was the center console (jacked it out of 94-98 ) its black. The only thing silver is the door inserts (Roush).

Talk about mix & match.

If you replace those leather seats with some nice buckets, you should be able to save the weight you added by dynamatting your car.

Sound proofing is difficult. It's works like an aquarium. You can have the best aquarium in the work but with just one leak, the sound will find it and get out. You'll hear some of the same sounds coming from different locations because they are being redirected to that one hole. Make sure you get everything. For those hard to reach areas, go get some acoustic foam.

My buddy did that with his vette. went in the door panels, underneath all the cabin carpeting and console area. road noise is gone and he can blast his stereo with out it being heard outside with the windows up. his main reason was not to annoy other people with his loud music.

Ok so I finally finished putting all of the interior in and installing the one sub. With subs ITS WORTH IT to put dynamat in. Before it was just right, but after I put all of the dynamat in it actually vibrates your nose with bass.:D
