Hahahaha obviously you have never seen the long list of things one must do to purchase let alone construct a home but yes a small house can be built in 6 months.

DAMN, I guess I need to start doing houses since there isn't a deadline or schedule you have to work with. Every project we have constructed had a start and finish date prior to even getting a contract. When I built my house on Lakeshore back in '92, I started clearing the lot and 20 days later, I was installing the foundation. I never knew the permitting process had slowed down this much.:scratch:

it must depend on your situation, it only took like 2 wks to get our permit but my Dad had a connection

hell over 20 house have gone up in my subdivision in less time but none the less congrats tom

hey man awesome. I cant wait to get started on a house project. That will prolly be the first time in years that something bigger going on than my car projects!
