Got everything back together late Sunday night, ready to go for it and no start. So Monday morning do some quick troubleshooting and I go get myself a 150.00 starter(BITCH), and it fires right up. A little more noisy, mostly valve springs and a much more badass idle. :evil: :evil: :evil:
Take it for a test drive and my buttometer tells me that I have a faster car. Revs like there isn't any load on the engine, probably feels closer to an LS1. I didn't want to go much above 5k though, but the bitch will get there fast and is just starting to make power. Way fun :D :D :D
Get it back and I have a badass oil leak at the rear of the oil pan. I kind of halfway expected that, cause I knew I didn't get it on right until it was too late. I was hoping for a miracle, but that isn't going to happen with this car. Anyways probably won't get to fixing that until this coming weekend when hopefully this nightmare will finally end....:oops: :oops: :oops:
