Try mixing 93 with either toluenes/xylene. If you do a search you can find the exact mixtures for an approx. octane. I've run it on my Supra 1 time, but I don't drive it much nor did I dyno it. It did pull harder being an auto, but I couldn't tell you if it made a real difference or not:???:

May I ask why??? 93 octane should be plenty for pretty much any modded LS1.

you would think, but my car loves octane boost with the computer advanced timing and fuel tables, so I was thinking of mixing some race fuel with 93 to up the octane more...

I ran out of gas one night at Commerce and had to buy race gas and it did nothing but slow me down. Everyone else was running faster as the night went along and I ran slower. If you dont need it, why spend $4 a gallon for worse performance? Just my .02
