How and what would I use to change a .mov file to a .mpg, .avi, or anything windows movie maker accepts. It says a .mov file cant be used.

There might be an easier/cheaper way but the only things I can find to convert it over are between $15-$30.

I use avid xpress pro HD, but that doesnt help you....... go to download.com and see what they offer

It's what I use to convert AVI to DIVX (best compression in my opinion)
