I am leaning towards the truck. It is my first car and I drove it through highschool. It has a 92 5.0l with a 600 cfm carb in it now, but I was thinking about putting the 351C from the torino in it. I would put the big block in the torino.

Money is the number one problem!!:) Motivation comes in a VERY close second. I am trying to motivate myself to get at least one of these back on the road again.

I dig both honestly. I would lean towards the truck to do something "different".

I'd like to see you do the truck. Rod & Custom-type restorations have a certain cool factor that can't be matched in a car. I have a soft spot for vintage restos done with style (read: $$$$$).
Oh, and putting a non-stock motor into a project is the essence of hot rodding, but putting a Chevy motor into a Ford and vice versa is ghey.

Probably the majority of 31, 32 and 33 Ford 3 and 5 window coupes that have been restomodded have Chebby motors in them.
That's exactly why I'm so sick of seeing it done.
