mine is the tsi awd...i just took the stock turbo out and put a bigger turbo in it. it can suport 350hp. that should be good enough.

this has been a long weekend...some of the bolts that hold the exhaust manifold broke in the head so i need to figure out how to get them out. i also need to buy some more gaskets. i probably wont have my car till the end of the week :(

try some easy-outs. i had some bolts break off in my rearend. thats what i used.

louy99, i had to pull 2 busted studs out when i replaced my exhaust manifold, i have the tools to back the studs out...let me know if you still need help.

hey i bought a drill bit made for steel...I will give that a shot then see if anyone else has any ideas. We also need a metric 10 x 1.25 tap if anyone has a set... Did you get the gaskets?

yes, i got the gasket for the oil feed line i got 4 crush washers and an exhaust manifold gasket. im gonna try to come over tomorow afternoon and we can work on it some more.
