Wow.. 4 Valves per cylinder and DOHC... just THINK if they would have stuck with that with other engines throughout the years, instead of just within the last decade..
Maybe some 4 cam 351's..Or even a single cam in each head, like they did w/the 427 Cammer. <sighs> Stupid Ford.
B ut thats an awesome build.. I love crazy stuff like that.

Wow, that's some serious weight up front. Can't wait to read the "how can I improve my gas mileage?" post.

apparently it *only* weighs 900+ lbs. about a couple 50 more than a hemi? just reading the thread it seems doable if he setup the suspension to be ultra stiff it the front and lax in the rear. 90/10ish

2-Valve motors can make more than enough power....why add extra moving parts? You act like there was a need....

I suppose thats why justa bout ANY high performance engine of today has only 2 valves...Oh wait..There's only a handful and they could make much more if they upgraded technology...
This could get off topic and I'm not gonna ruin this dudes thread.. I'm out.

not entirely accurate depending on combustion chamber design! this is a pent roof head. sometimes 4 smaller valves are better than two big ones to get the volume due to close tolerances... ferarri would be an example.
I dont care abut an argument here as long as its intelligent... hell i may learn something. i dont want a "you suck... no YOU suck" thread though!
