OK.... For you out there wondering about what the future holds for FordChip vs. SCT and the V6 stuff...

FordChip will be a SCT retailer and will continue to support the Ford market with chips, Superchip SCT products, other tuning needs and tech support.

Current FordChip customers who decide to purchase the new software and personal programmers will be able to get their current FordChip file loaded as a starting point. New chip customers will always have the option of stepping up to a programmer using their FordChip file as a starting point.

While some of the more hardcore guys may opt for the programmers and software to tune their own cars... You will still be able to purchase a chip with the same great tuning for a lot less than the price of a programmer package.

New information, options and pricing are on the way...



Any current customers waiting on orders....

Jerry has been busy working on the whole SCT thing the last 6 months plus supporting FordChip, working a day job, dynotuning around the country and other projects. I was out of town last week. So we have gotten a little backed up the last week or so. Any orders placed as of today or that were placed before will ship this week.

Send me an e-mail at sales@fordchip.com for info on specific orders. Just for those wondering.... A basic tuner package for a single EEC code/single vehicle will be between $600-$1000 retail.

So anybody that wants to tune their own can plan on spending at least $600 but probably more.
