It's been the big thing in Europe for a couple years now - police come to a report of robbery, get there, no signs of forced entry, insurance declares there was no robbery and owners get hosed.

ya this has been around for a long time. You simply shave down the key up to the plateau area then "bump" the tumbler and it basically has a split second where the grooves in the lock are open and you can simply turn the key.

Crazy stuff.
