I figured Id go through them to get the clutch cable i needed for the 89. Well here it is 11 days later and still no cable. So I call them and they tell me the credit card (my sister's) is declined. Would have been nice if they called a told me that earlier. So we call the credit card company and they said that UPR has made 6 charges of 50 dollars. So Im paying 300 bucks for a cable that Im not even receiving. When I call UPR back they are of no help and tell me that the credit card company has to call them. As far as Im concerned I wont be purchasing another product from them since they were so rude to me on the phone.

We got it taken care of finally. It was a mistake in information. Its kind of weird. UPR thought they werent able to charge me for it even though they tried and the credit card company approved it each time they tried. For some reason on UPR's end it showed up declined. Anyways it all could have been taken care of if the guy I talked to would have been more helpful. Thats the part that really made me mad. The first time I called he just told me it was declined. Thats all he said. I thought fine Ill call the credit card company and see whats up. Then after dealing with the credit card company and finding 6 charges on the account I called UPR back. I told the guy the situation and he said I had to get the credit card company to call. Still once again did not want to try and help out or anything. So I did and it eventually got worked out. The thing that bothered me was that he didnt want to take the time to help me or be friendly. All of it could have been prevented if he would have spent an extra 60-100 seconds on the phone with me the first time I called.

In closing it all got worked out, but I still wasnt happy about how I was treated with a "fix it yourself" attitude. Maybe the guy on the phone was having a bad day or whatever.
