Said good bye to the truck this weekend, traded here in on a little rice mobile. It's slow and will stay slow, no reason to throw tons of money at a HONDA.

While I completely understand why you did it, that doesn't make changing from a dualie duramax to a civic any less homosexual.

When you make the payments I was making for a truck that sits at home because it doesn't fucking fit in any parking lot in Tallahassee and when it does drive in town gets single digit gas mileage it makes perfect sense. I have always like hatchbacks and unlike most guys my age, I give two fucks what anyone thinks about me because of what I drive.

I would have loved to keep the duramax if I lived somewhere I could drive more than 5 sec without a light and had properly designed parking lots, oh and if I was making triple my income.

Should have got the RSX-S.. Gas mileage would be abotu the same and, hey, it would be "fast".

I've never cared for the shifter in that SI though... Weird.

I understand your reasons. Driving/parking/filling up the gas tanks for a dually in tally sucks.
But still...sad to see you had to get rid of it.

Would NEVER trade my 7mpg for any honda!

What's up with that shifter? Wonder what that linkage has to look like to get that to fit and function like that. Decent looking exterior though.

There is no sense in putting a ton of money into a FWD car, the 240 is going to be my play car this is just a fun car to drive to school/work.

When honda makes something that can tow my hobbie down the interstate at 80, then i might consider one.

My 4.8 does (can) get 15/21mpg though. Hooray for daily drivers!

/gas at $4 will still suck ass!

i'm sorry, but an '05 beater that gets gangster gas mileage is sweet. the real car is the 240, which you need to get running!

Nice man. Congrats on the trade.

I don't feel the gas crunch as much w/ my truck tho since I hardly drive it, but yea, if I had to drive it every day, it would be at least $100 bux a week on gas! That's insane!
