One time I met this guy John Force and his car is faster than Seans and that makes me cool. :roll: There is always going to be someone faster and in your case, its all of us. Sean beat Ryan with a car that has 10 times more money poured into it than Ryans, who gives fuck. Ryans didnt call Sean out. If he did and got beat, then he could get a little shit but from what I heard, Sean asked him. No one will disagree, Ryans car is badass. I dont need to talk it up. I thought you were somewhat cool and could co-exist on both here and S-Factor, I guess I was wrong. Oh and post this excelent footage you have mentioned. :roll:

I run 10.3's in the 1/8th, thats about a 16 second quarter... I'm up for a good race, havent had one since ive been in town! Mainly cause I cant go over 3/4 throttle without going EXTRA lean and losing all sorts of power...

its an RX7 with a custom built nissan SR-20 motor, Big turbo, and a shot of nitrous to help spool the turbo. I think that is about the 3rd motor that has been in the rx7. I'm pretty sure he has been running low 11's on slicks at the strip.

I wanna race the Lancer!! C'mon, my truck it weighs 4200lbs, and I have a system, a weak system that i probably need to take out cause that is weight, but come one!! I wanna race! my LO5 350 made 210hp stock! I have some of the worst flowing cylinder heads in existence... and I'm on a stock computer. OK, I am talking all this shit, and I cant even race until my adjustable fuel pressure regulator gets here... BUT WHEN IT DOES!! WATCH OUT! =)

I would hope to god that a person who runs a "shop" car and does this shit for a living can outrun a person with a much smaller budget, and less time to tune/tweak. im thinking of droping the boost some its just not as streatable as i would like it, the demon carb is nice but i think im going down to about 10 lbs for the street, and just keep the 15 lbs pulley in the glove box its nice lol with these blowers i can change the pulley in about 5 minutes so if i think i might need it i can just pop the hood for a few.......... but i need a new set of big and littles for when i get down there i am having to sell a bunch of shit just so i got room for it all so i have to find anther set of welds

I had this engine in my 89 and with a crappy 2000 stall it went 1.88 60' 11.20@123 on the rev limiter. But, the vert will have 28x9 slicks instead of 26x10s and it has a PI 3700 stall with PA Manual VB T-brake :headbang:

sounds like it will run nice i think the last thing im going to do is step up on the heads prolly a set of afr's and come down to a streatable cam im running a custom grind 677 lift- split duration cam it pulls great to 7000 but i wont be at the track nearly as much so i am going to prolly come down to like a tfs cam or run an x cam for the street it wont hurt me too much but i will be much happier with it on the street and for the times i do take it to the track ill make it up with boost

Besides all the motors shaun has had, he got the rx7 fairly cheap, threw the nissan motor in there and sooped it up. Ole dude buys a 20-30k car and mods it. One guy has a fast car and has busted his ass to get it .. he goes out and wins a race, and EVERY 16 second Import owner for 350 miles around all jumps on board bragging about it..
none of them turned a single bolt, sliced open a single finger, or filled a single gas tank for him.. not a one picthed in a dollar, washed a fender, bolted on a slick.. but they ALL take credit for the accomplishment of the one.

That RX7 is fast.. nothing wrong with that, and it's cool that it beats down on domesics. Heck it's nice to see that every now and then somebody makes a combination that shows Imports can play. granted it takes an awful lot of work to get an import to run with a stock Domestic, but this guy did it!

All this shit is retarded, and frankly Im tired of it. Like I said on that other board. It only takes time and money to build a fast car. People have their own opinions on what fast is. Some like cars that are streetable, some like strictly track cars, some like blowers, some like nitrous, some like N/A, the list goes on and on. Nobody on this board denies the fact that Shaun's car is fast. I have never seen it, but it sounds like it has some balls. Fast is fast, I dont care how you do it. on the he ran 10's thread, i said i didnt believe it, but if he did it was on slicks, race gas, and tons of boost which it was.
i also said i wouldnt let him wash my car. which is also true, no one touches my car but me, period
