Ok, first off, before everyone jumps on this, I have done the search here and on numerous other boards to see what people had to say about it. I realize to each their own (I know people seem to like the ClearKote products just as well) and this is something I would like to try but I have a few questions. It seems Zaino is used mostly for black cars but I would like to use it on my 66 Coupe before I put her up on ebay. She is dark green metallic. Will Zaino help put a nicer shine on that color or is it like using Zaino on a silver car where you really don't see the desired results as much? I also plan on using it on my 06 GT after I claybar the car. My real question though is which products should I be ordering. Is the all-in-one as good as the step process? I don't mind putting in the extra elbow grease (the 06 will have at least 2-3 days worth of detailing done to her and the 66 will have the same, probably more) so should I go with the Z2, then Z5, then Z8? Do I really need the Z6 Gloss enhancer and Z8 spray sealer to keep the shine lasting or could I get the shine I'm looking for and have heard so much about from just the Z2 and Z5? I realize this is long and rambling but I would certainly appreciate any of the input you Zaino users have for me. Thanks!

And he could probably detail it up for you as well so you get more $$$
To be honest, it depends on how bad the paint is, after you clay bar it, you can see how bad the paint is, if it's not to bad, a polish followed by a sealant with a last step of wax. From what I understand about Zaino, it will look better with multiple coats of wax.
If you cant get your answer here, then this site should give you all the info you will need, also, pics will help.

I usually do 2 coats of z2 and z5, alternating, with z6 in between each coat, and at the end..... I used to use the ZFX flash cure additative, but that seemed a little pointless to me, plus I lost the little bottle, and it was a little little little bottle. I also wash using z7 twice before wax applications. I got this kit, http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ZKIT-1&Category_Code=Zaino&Product_Count=19
and it has plenty for future applications, you really dont need to use too much zaino to do a car, I would say i use an ounce for two coats. Last time I did my car was in February, I should probably do it again, but its still really shiny.

As most of the people here know, I'm not a big Zaino fan. Since you are just getting it ready to sell, I don't think you should waste your time with the 47 steps of Zaino. What I would do is hit with a claybar and then use a carnauba only. It'll look super wet. If you want to buy locally, you should be able to get S100 at the Harley Dealership. If you want to order and want something reasonable, try Poorboy's Natty's Blue. If you want to go extra baller and drop $80 on some wax, buy Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax.

The Z6 Gloss enhancer after you do the Z2/Z5 is what makes the shine so nice. And it lasts a very long time. But the paint has to be good in order for it to look good.
