I changed my brake pads and rotors this weekend. I made the mistake of disconnecting the lines in the rear so I could have more room to compress the piston. When I pumped the brakes back up it just doesn't have the pressure that it used to have. I think there may be air in the lines so I wanna take it somewhere to have them bleed the air out. Any good brake places in town that won't charge me $80 for a $10 job?

Ummm, I dont know about a brake shop in town. I would say any place like Tuffy's or Firestone could bleed the brakes for you but they arent going to be cheap unfortunatly. Plus more than likely they will "find" something else that will need fixing.
Check with Frank at Prestige on Mahan.

you can't exactly "do that shit yourself" because it's a 2 man job. unless you have speed bleeders.

don't need speed bleeders, just the 1 man brake drain deal from any auto parts place. Costs like $5 and all it does is put a hose onto the fitting and into a cup of brake fluid.

but don't you need someone to close the valve when you let up off the pedal?

Not with the 1 man kit deal. Since u keep a hose on the end of the valve and the other is in a cup of fluid. It pulls fluid back in when u release the pedal. Works great, I've used it a few times.

Me too. Works great and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
