Motorola Razor phone tools

Anyone have a copy of the Phone Tools CD? or know where I can go download it for Free? I ordered the USB cable and CD...the CD doesnt work, and I have tried a few places that didnt work.

I have it, but it is 84 megs, I can burn it unless you have a spot I can upload to that will hold it...

I went to the local dealer. They had it...So I went ahead and bought it.(10 bucks) So that I would have it. Thanks though.
