A couple of my friends from back home are meeting me here in Tallahassee and heading out to Gainesville for the Friday night Street Legal drags Friday Nov. 7th and spending the night and then doing test and tune that Saturday. Anyone interested in going with us?

I added the dates to the Calender (http://www.tallahasseemusclecar.com/forum/calendar.php?month=11&year=2003&c=1&do=displaymonth) a few days ago. these are the saturday dates, tehre is still the wednesday and friday nights though. i didnt see any other weekend dates this fall/winter yet.

If Bo ever gets his shit out of the garage so I can tighten my stuff up I'll probably go. We could get 6 people in a hotel room again, it'd be fairly cheap.

Its $15 for both, so I figure y'all might just want to come for one of the days. THe friday night thing is from 7-10 and the Saturday test and tune is 10:30-4. The reason I am planning for both is cause that is a LONG way for my friends to drive, so I want them to get as much racing in as possible. And I gotta embarrass the Honduh before he sells it and get the Audi... and I get to embarass it too.

Im expecting AT LEAST my friend Ben's 94 Accord (just as slow as the truck = ) ). The others that MAY show up are a pretty stout 93 Cobra (runs like 8.9's 1/8th) maybe a stock Focus ZX3, almost stock SRT-4, a pretty stock 2002 Tiburon V6, and possibly (but highly unlikely) an Eclipse GS-T that is always broken!

I need to retighten the header bolts, take the steering arm off and grind it down where it rubs the primary and dimple the primary where the steering arm rubs it. I wanna check all the K-member bolt, as well as see if I can grind away at one spot that the collector is rubbing the new K on the passenger side. Basically just clean up.

I'll probably be a spectator until I get my new clutch in, but my parents are in Ocala, so Dad wants to bring his 03 Lightning and baseline it. He picks it up either this week or next.
