Either that or I think the one tony raced one time when I was in the car was a V12 but that could have been the 760.
Was kinda funny seeing the guy floor is and lookin at the baby seat in the back and watchin the kids arms wavin everywhere...:lol:

The 7 series has a v-12?! I thought it was only the 850ci. :scratch: Either way the car is fast...for what it is.

745i = 4.4 liter V8(edit: I thought they were 4.5 liter v8's, but BMW got sneaky)
760 = 6.0 liter V12
The older mid 90's 8 series cars had 2 different engines, the 840's came with v8's and the 850's had the v12. BTW I'd pimp the living shit out of an old 850 CSi...specifically this one:

The last year they made the 745i was in '05, then BMW went up to the 750(4.8 liter v8 ) in '06, and the only newer BMW's to come with a v10 to my knowledge is the M5/M6...that person didn't know what they had in their own car :nono:

I ran a 745Li in my dads 300C,the bmw fell to that (but the Li is a little longer and heavier), so I'd say the run under a 14.5 ish? idk We had done a 40 roll, both auto's (the manual select a gear shit) put about 2 car lengths on it
they are way baller though, they definitely don't lack in luxury at all

this car was black with no tint on the windows. i could have sworn it was a 745 but my car must be running like ass right now for it to keep up like it did.

the description sounds like the one i raced, except it was a late 40yr old man and some kids in the back--we didn't come off the line fast and i didn't even really get on it til low rpm's in 2nd gear....but i didn't leave the car like it was standing still by no means. i'd say they are fast--maybe runnin in the 13's

The E-38 chassis 750 and the E-32 Chassis 750s had a v-12. The E-66 chassis 760 has a V-12

there was a nice green 750il in town, 5.0L v12, chipped, and some other stuff. it was by no means slow, and it had more top end power than anything i've been in.

If you think mid 14s low 15s are fast, then the 745i is fast.
Play with a 545i or a 550i, those are about 1sec faster in the 1/4.
