Is my clutch going?

Trying to figure if my clutch is shot. I completely dumped the clutch at 4500 today on my street. No tire spin, revs stayed at about 4-5k with the pedal to the floor as it accelerated and then it started to climb after a short while. I know I toasted some of the clutch at Moroslow when my clutch pedal stuck in the floormat on the 1-2 shift and i floored it and watched the rpms shoot up. If so, no gears for me, new clutch time. What do ya'll think?

Well crap, there go the gears. Anybody wanna help me ut in a clutch? Actually, anybody want me to help them put in a clutch? Only done it once on my 5.0 and that was when the motor was out.
