i've never gotten a shipment from fed ex that didn't look like it had been pushed out of a plane in midflight.
most recently, the bosch relays that i ordered looked like they were run over by the truck.

Damn that sucks. I try not to get really expensive stuff online and just get it from the store so shit like this doesn't happen.

Damn dude that just sucks. I just had a 50" Sony Delivered and I'm happy to say it was in perfect condition. I did however drive over to the Fedex Center and pick it up on my own. Looks good in the Living Room, DirecTV HD is pretty impressive.

So did you not have insurance on the package? Since it was labeled fragile aren't they somewhat responsible even if you didn't get the insurance?
