I'm not surprised, but I think going back to DW is just another step back. This season is a wash and apparently neither Lee nor DW is the answer for FSU football. Maybe we need to get the younger guys some reps and focus on next year.

Yea, D'Vontrey Richardson (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/player/profile?playerId=183770) was a RS freshman but he played earlier this year so he isn't RSed any more. There's another freshman Christian Ponder (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/player/profile?playerId=183733) we have that was supposed to be the 2nd best in the nation in his recruiting class but we're probably going to save him since Lee and Weatherford will be gone in two years.

Guess he wasn't #2, Rivals.com (http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?pr_key=30234&sport=1) had him as 14th but I think he's still pretty good. There's some highlight videos of him in that link.


EDIT: Damn I'm crazy, Richardson (http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?pr_key=36534) was ranked higher than Ponder.

I think we just need to get them in for some reps, so they'll be ready to go for next year.

Yea it'd be perfect to get Richardson in for some snaps against Duke to see how he does.

anybody but Drew, i'd love to see richardson or ponder in the game. Jimbo spoke highly of ponder before the season started.
